In these graphs the circles (we call them nodes!) represent your friends. The lines that you see connecting the nodes represent relationships. If two nodes are connected by a line, this means they are friends with each other.
Here you're going to pick which friend to send out your party invitations. Once a friend is invited they can choose to pass invitations on to their own friends. Since the party is coming up soon, invitations can only be passed along three times. You want as many people as possible to hear about the party.
